Our History

S&S Money Auto Repair began as Money Texaco named after the original owner, Jerry Money. In 1985, after many years working with Jerry Money, Zaheer Sattar and his family purchased the business becoming what you know today as S&S (Sattar & Sons) Money Auto Repair.

Business was booming for the Sattar family at their original location in Punta Gorda, FL, until 2004. That year, Hurricane Charley hit the state. The storm wiped out almost the entire business.

Other people would have moved on with their lives, but Zaheer decided to rebuild. Today, we are stronger than ever!

We now have eight car bays instead of three, higher ceilings in the garage for servicing large size trucks, and a state-of-the-art alignment bay. Stop in and enjoy a beverage in our lobby while your vehicle is being serviced. Our friendly staff is ready to help with all your car needs.

In addition, the whole family has dedicated themselves to working on and selling cars – we're now able to provide service for everything from Volvos to Maseratis.
